Blocking awareness or ability to hear what the body tries to tell you, integration or alignment can lead to exhaustion, relationships issues, tension, and medical concerns, including yet not limited to those referred to as non-communicable diseases.
Often these patterns are closely tied to stress physiology and nervous system activation.
This program explores those connections and helps participants recognize the patterns occurring in their own bodies, throughout different times of life.

The Pattern Recognition Lens™ becomes deeply personal. Rather than looking at patterns broadly, we begin to explore how physiology, emotion, behavior, and environment interact within one individual’s lived experience.
Through this process, individuals often gain:

• recognition of patterns and blind spots that previously felt confusing
• greater alignment in decision-making, communication, and relationships
